Remember Steve Osborn? He lives in Sierra Vista Arizona and is shown here standing in front of the "LifeNet" helicopter that sits atop Sierra Vista hospital. Steve maintains this helicopter and says it frequently goes out into the desert to save someone who has been bitten by a rattlesnake.
Sierra Vista is about 70 miles South of Tucson. I visited Steve in June 2006, and it was about 105 degrees there during the day.
