From what I can surmise this shot was taken by Walter Levinson during some 70s era camping trip.

I think it was just Walter and I on that trip. Nothing out of the ordinary for the day; copious amounts of libation, a little rain to make things interesting. Hike 'til you hurt kind of thing. "
